Precision concrete flooring solutions for warehouses, factories, manufacturing plants, hospitals & high-rise buildings. Engineered to perform. Built to last.
We are a specialist concrete flooring contractor with a dedicated focus on industrial floor systems. Our team of qualified engineers, site supervisors, and trained flooring crews deliver high-performance floors for warehouses, factories, manufacturing plants, hospitals, and high-rise buildings — on time and to specification.
We focus solely on concrete flooring. Every member of our team is trained specifically in industrial floor systems — from design to final finish.
Our floors are designed and constructed in accordance with TR34, ACI 360, and applicable international industrial flooring codes.
We manage every stage in-house: site survey, floor design, concrete placement, finishing, and post-installation floor survey.
Our concrete flooring systems are engineered for the most demanding environments across a wide range of industries.
FM2, laser screed, and SFRC floor systems for distribution centres, cold storage facilities, and logistics hubs where VNA forklift compatibility is essential.
Heavy-duty Trimix/VDF and steel fibre reinforced floors built to withstand heavy plant, machinery loads, chemical spillage, and continuous operational traffic.
Seamless, hygienic polished concrete and VDF floor finishes for hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmaceutical facilities requiring dust-free, easy-to-clean surfaces.
Structural concrete floor slabs, bonded toppings, and levelling screeds for multi-storey commercial, residential, and mixed-use high-rise construction.
Tailored flooring solutions for retail parks, data centres, multi-storey car parks, and large-scale commercial development projects.
We deliver the full range of industrial concrete flooring systems — each engineered for the specific demands of your project and sector.
FM2 is the highest flatness class for industrial floors, built for very narrow aisle forklift operations and automated guided vehicles. Every installation is surveyed and completed to TR34 and ASTM F2678 standards.
Laser-guided screed systems help us place large concrete floor areas with outstanding levelness and flatness. They are ideal for logistics centres, distribution warehouses, and other projects that demand fast, accurate placement across broad footprints.
Vacuum dewatered flooring with a Trimix dry-shake topping creates a dense, durable, dust-resistant surface with excellent compressive strength. It is a practical choice for factories, manufacturing plants, and commercial spaces needing a long-lasting, cost-effective finish.
Through staged diamond grinding and polishing, we turn concrete slabs into smooth, high-gloss, low-maintenance surfaces. This finish works well in showrooms, hospitals, retail environments, and anywhere appearance and hygiene matter.
We install heavy-duty steel armour joints at construction joints to shield slab edges from damage caused by forklift traffic. This essential detail helps improve performance in busy industrial floors while lowering long-term maintenance demands.
Steel fibre reinforced concrete can replace or supplement traditional mesh, delivering better crack control, more even load distribution, and quicker installation. It is a strong option for ground-bearing slabs in warehouses and heavy manufacturing facilities.
We are dedicated concrete flooring specialists — not general contractors. Every floor we deliver is backed by qualified engineering, certified crews, and proven construction methods.
Concrete flooring is all we do. Our entire operation — from engineering and project management to site crews — is focused exclusively on industrial floor systems.
We plan every project with detailed construction programmes and manage site activities to ensure floors are delivered on schedule, reducing disruption to your build or operations.
Every floor we design and construct meets the requirements of TR34, ACI 360, and other applicable standards. Full floor flatness survey reports are issued at project handover.
Our service does not end at handover. We offer floor flatness surveys, joint sealing, crack remediation, surface re-grinding, and long-term maintenance advice.
A structured, transparent delivery process — from the first site visit to final handover documentation.
We begin every project with a thorough site assessment: subgrade conditions, existing slab evaluation, load requirements, and flatness specification review to determine the most suitable floor system.
Our engineers prepare detailed structural floor designs, concrete mix specifications, steel fibre dosage calculations, and joint layout drawings tailored to your project requirements.
Subbase compaction testing, damp-proof membrane installation, edge formwork setting out, and reinforcement placement are all completed and inspected before any concrete is poured.
Concrete is placed and finished using laser screed or ride-on power float equipment to achieve the specified flatness classification — whether FM2, FM3, or a VDF finish.
A controlled curing regime is applied, saw-cut joints are formed to the agreed layout, armour joints are installed where specified, and a final TR34 floor flatness survey is conducted before formal handover with full documentation.

Feedback from project managers, facility owners, and main contractors who have worked with our specialist flooring team.
"The FM2 floor was delivered exactly to specification. Our narrow aisle racking system was installed without any issues — the floor flatness was spot on and the handover survey confirmed everything was within tolerance."
— Operations Manager, Large-Scale Logistics Facility
"We needed a fast, high-quality concrete floor for a new manufacturing unit. The team mobilised quickly, managed the pour efficiently, and the finished VDF floor has performed exceptionally well under heavy machinery loads."
— Project Manager, Industrial Manufacturing Development
"The polished concrete finish in our facility looks outstanding and has been very easy to maintain. The team was professional throughout, communicated clearly, and delivered on time. We would not hesitate to use them again."
— Facilities Director, Commercial Development Project
Technical guides, practical advice, and expert commentary from our specialist concrete flooring team.
Not all warehouse floors need the same flatness tolerance. We explain the difference between FM2 and FM3 classifications, how each is measured using a floor profile survey, and how to determine which specification your racking system and forklift type actually requires.
